1 x	5 lb sirloin steak
2 tbl	crushed red pepper
1 tsp	freshly ground black pepper
2 clv	garlic
1 x	minced onion

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients well. This can be done in a food processor. Marinate meat for at least 8 hours. Remove meat from marinade & grill over very hot fire. Heat leftover marinade & pour over grilled meat if desired. The sauce is also good on ribs or chicken
