1 lrg	head Lettuce
	Romaine Lettuce
1 lrg	Tomato cubed
1 lrg	Onion chopped
3 med	Carrots grated
3 lrg	Potatoes boiled and cubed
1 jar	Greek Black Olives (8oz.)
1 jar	Greek Peppers (8oz.)
2 pkt	Feta Cheese (8oz.) crumbled
1 box	Classic Caesar Croutons
1 bot	Greek or Caesar Dressing I prefer Caesar but my DH likes Greek

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix lettuce together. Toss lettuce, tomatoes, onions, carrots, potatoes, and feta. Sprinkle top with eggs, Greek olives, peppers, and croutons. Top with dressing.
