Instructions: Slowly add macaroni to boiling water so that boiling doesnt stop. After 5 minutes, add salt and cook until tender. Drain. Add celery, onion, and eggs. Add mayonnaise and mix well but gently. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until chilled.
Makes 22 servings. Note: You may prefer to use red onions or scallions to add color. I prefer the Vidalia or Sweet Texas for the sweet flavoring. Email this Recipe:
