Instructions: In a saucepan over medium heat, brown the barley in the butter, add onions and saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 300F degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
