Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Finely Chopped Onion
2 x Garlic Cloves, chopped fine
1/2 cup Dry Whole Barley
1 x 28 Oz Can Chopped Tomatoes
6 cup Vegetable Broth
1 cup Finely Chopped Celery
1 cup Carrots, Cut Into 1/4" Cubes
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Mrs Dash
1 tsp Natures Seasoning Or Spike Seasoning
1 x Knorr Bouillon Cube
1/8 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Dried Thyme
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion and garlic until limp. Add to other ingredients except parsley in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley.
