Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Pour the brownie batter into the baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Using a knife, carefully loosen the sides from the dish and invert onto a serving dish to cool completely.

In a medium bowl, combine the frosting and food color; mix well. Frost the top and sides of the cooled brownies. Place the licorice sticks on top, forming a baseball diamond. Place 1 caramel at each of 3 diamond points, creating bases. Cut the remaining caramel in half diagonally and place half at the remaining point to represent home base. Add the players and pennants to the field as desired. Serve, or cover loosely until ready to serve.
