Instructions: Dice the swede or turnip.
Boil for 20 to 30 minutes until tender. Drain well turn on to a large chopping board and chop finely. Return to the pan and stir in the butter cream and seasonings. Beat until creamy then pile the piping hot mixture into a warmed dish and serve immediately. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
