Instructions: Oven Baked Bacon - Baked bacon is easy and especially handy when preparing a large amount. Place unseparated bacon slices on a broiler rack or for a smaller amount or wire racks over shallow pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Separate bacon into strips. Bake for 15 minutes more. No turning is necessary. Drain on several layers of paper toweling and serve.
Oven Broiled Bacon - This cooking method is easy because it requires no draining. Place bacon on a preheated broiler rack or for small quantities, on a wire rack over a shallow pan. Broil 3 1/2 to 4 inches from heat source for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, turning once. Email this Recipe:
