1/4 cup sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 tbl soy sauce
1 tbl worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 x cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbl parsley, fresh, chopped
2 tbl fresh herb combo: rosemary tarragon, thyme
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine the vinegar, wine, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, and sugar in a non-reactive mixing bowl. Whisk in olive oil a little at a time. Add the pepper, parsley and herbs.

For beef steaks marinate for 6 to 8 hours. For roasts, 10 to 12 hours.
