1 tbl chili powder
1 tbl freshly-ground black pepper
1 tbl cayenne pepper
1 tbl jalapeno seasoning
1 tbl Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbl rubbed thyme
Instructions:
Instructions: Simply mix together. Use liberaly.

This recipe yields 1 1/8 cups.
