2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 med onion diced
6 x garlic cloves minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well and pour over game. Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Before cooking, let game drain and pat dry with paper towels.

This recipe yields about 1 quart.
