3 lrg White onions
1 lrg Green bell pepper
1/2 lrg Head of cabbage
1/2 bn Celery
1/2 bn Chopped carrots
1 can (32 oz) of tomatoes
1 pkt Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut veggies into small pieces, cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes.

Change to Simmer and continue cooking until veggies are just tender. DO NOT eat just soup alone or you will become under-nourished, follow daily plan.

DO NOT drink alcoholic beverages.
