Spray oil a 13X9" pan. Wipe with a paper towel to absorb the excess. Dust pan with flour and shake out the excess. In a large bowl, combine: 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c cocoa powder 1 1/2 c sugar 1/8 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt To the dry mixture, add: 1/3 c chocolate syrup 1/3 c light corn syrup 2/3 c plain non-fat yogurt 2 egg whites 1/4 c skim milk 2 tsp vanilla extract Mix well. Pour batter into pan evenly. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars. Email this Recipe:
