Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
2 x	Egg whites
1/2 cup	Sugar
1 cup	Pureed fruit (try cherries, raspberries, canned pineapple, honeydew or cantaloupe melon, or citrus fruit)

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix egg whites and sugar with wire whist. Blend in fruit and water. Mix well. Chill. Pour into ice cream maker and follow directions for ice cream.
