2 cup whole wheat flour (or half unbleached white)
2 tbl sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup dry milk
1 cup water (or skim milk, omit dry milk)
1 x egg (or 2 egg whites)
Instructions:
Instructions: (1 Dozen)

Preheat oven to 425 F.
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together.

Add wet ingredients to dry. Add any of fruit listed below.

Fill muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake 18 - 20 min.

fruit: 1 C. blueberries
3/4 C. cherries, pitted and halved
1/2 C. raisens or dates
1 apple, peeled and chopped, plus 1 tsp. cinnamon
