Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir together to blend well. Place in a large container or place in individual storage bags with 1 1/2 cups of the mix in each bag. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 8 months.
Makes 13 cups of mix. To use: to 1 1/2 cups mix add 1 egg beaten, about 1 1/4 cups milk (you may need a little more or less) and 3 Tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil. Mix just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Cook on a griddle. Makes about 8. Email this Recipe:
