4 med	tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup	chopped onion
1/2 cup	finely chopped celery
1/4 cup	finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup	oil
2 tbl	red wine vinegar
1 tsp	mustard seed
1 tsp	cilantro seed, crushed

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally. Serve with corn chips. Keep refrigerated or freeze.
