Instructions: I take about a half-cup of the ketchup, add a Tbsp of the horseradish and a good squirt of the lemon, mix it all up and let is sit for maybe 30 minutes or so.

All of the above is just a matter of taste. Horseradish can be really hot sometimes and a Tbsp might be too much for some. Start with a tsp and add to taste.
