1 cup Bread Flour
2 tsp Sugar
1 pkt Dry Yeast, (2 1/2 Tsp)
Instructions:
Instructions: Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with knife.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process for 1 minute or until well-blended. Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; cover and chill sponge for 2 to 24 hours.
