Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
	FOR 1 1/2 POUND LOAF ----------------
2 tsp	Yeast, bread machine type
1/2 cup	Bread flour
1/2 cup	Whole wheat flour
1/4 cup	Nonfat dry milk powder
1 tbl	Sugar
1 tsp	Salt
1 tbl	Vital Gluten
1 tbl	Butter or margarine

Instructions:

Instructions: Add ingredients to machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White bread cycle. Can do in timed baking cycle. Process on Light setting.

NOTES : Makes a good sized loaf. Can add 1/2 tsp. dried herbs with the flour.
