2 cup Tightly-packed basil leaves
2 tsp Red wine vinegar
1 tbl Fresh lime juice
1 tbl Minced garlic
1 tbl Chopped red onion
1 tbl Honey
1/2 cup Olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine the basil leaves, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, onion, and honey in a blender and puree. With the motor running slowly add the oil until emulsified. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. May be prepared up to 1 day ahead and refrigerated. Bring up to room temperature before serving.

This recipe yields 1 cup of vinaigrette.
