Instructions: Top these with cucumber salsa. For 1 1/4 cups salsa, seed and coarsely grate 1 medium unpeeled cucumber. Using hands, squeeze out as much liquid as possible and discard. Place cucumber in bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup light sour cream, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 crushed garlic clove and 1 tablespoon chopped coriander.
Oil grill and preheat barbecue. Place beef in large mixing bowl. Add onion, basil and seasonings. Work meat with fork or hands until well mixed. Form into 4 burgers, about 1 inch thick. Place on barbecue and grill until done as you like, about 7 to 8 minutes per side for medium-well. Serve in hamburger buns. Email this Recipe:
