1 x Onion, chopped
2 tbl Vegetable oil
1 cup Basmati rice
2 x Cinnamon stick
2 x Cloves
1 x Bay leaf, crumbled
2/3 cup Raw cashews, toasted
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook onion over low heat until tender. Add rice, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, cashews, raisins. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of water; cover.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
