Instructions: Sprinkle fairly heavy with celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt. Pour 1/3 cup worchestershire sauce over & 1- 4 oz. bottle of liquid smoke. Cover tightly, marinate 24-48 hours, turning several times.
Cover & bake in slow oven (300 degrees) until nearly done. You may turn every hour if drying occurs. When near to done, slice 1/4-inch thick, return to pan & pour 1/2 bottle of hickory bbq sauce over, cook uncovered 1/2 hour. Email this Recipe:
