Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb lean chuck or bottom round roast - (to 3) trimmed
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar - (packed)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbl Dijon mustard
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Place roast in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Remove roast, shred meat. Place shredded meat back in crockpot; stir to coat well. Spoon onto sandwich buns with extra sauce, if desired.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
