Instructions: To make the chicken chili, combine chili powder, BBQ sauce, tomatoes, chicken, beans and 2 ounces of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce in a large saute pan; simmer for 20 minutes. Hold warm for service.
To make the sour cream garnish, combine sour cream and 3 1/2 ounces of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Refrigerate until needed. For each serving, place 8 ounces of fries on an oven proof plate, top with 2 ounces of cheese and melt under broiler. Top with 8 ounces of hot chili and garnish with 2 ounces of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce sour cream; sprinkle with scallions. This recipe yields 12 servings. Email this Recipe:
