1 tsp	Celery salt
2 tsp	Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp	Pepper
1/4 cup	Honey
6 lb	Boned shoulder of lamb

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine catsup, celery salt, Worcestershire, pepper & honey; mix well.

Place lamb on spit; brush with honey mixture. Cook on rotisserie 2 hours, brushing frequently with honey mixture during cooking.
