Ingredients:

1 kg pork fillets
----------------- MARINADE: ----------------
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbl red wine
1 tbl honey
1 tbl brown sugar
2 tsp red food colouring
1 clv garlic, crushed
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients for marinade in a bowl and mix well. Add pork fillets and toss to coat well. Leave to marinate 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Put pork on a wire rack over a baking dish and brush with marinade. Roast in a moderate oven (350C) 25 minutes, turning and basting frequently with marinade.

Remove from oven and slice diagonally.

Serve with plum sauce.

Can be cooked in the oven or on the BBQ.

Be careful not to overcook or pork will become dry.
