Recipe for Bean Salad with Mustard Marinade

Amount	Ingredient
	dressing:
3 tbl	vinegar (I used rice vinegar)
2 tbl	tamari soy sauce (I used 1 T soy sauce)
1 tsp	prepared mustard (I used dijon)
1 tbl	tahini
3 tbl	water
	salad:
1/2 cup	cooked beans (I used 1 can black beans - rinsed
1/2 cup	chopped scallions
1/2 cup	grated carrots (I used shredded)

Instructions:

Instructions: Add dressing to salad, mix well and let marinade a couple of hours.

side dish.

NOTES : This is really good and a little different. My SO thought the dressing was mayo.
