1/8 tsp	Ground cloves
1/8 tsp	Cinnamon
1/4 tsp	Salt

1 tsp	Cumin
1 tsp	Paprika (sweet, not hot)
1/4 tsp	Turmeric
1/4 tsp	Crushed red pepper -or-
1/8 tsp	Cayenne

Instructions: I love Indian spices with beans. I have a wonderful recipe for stuffed cucumber that uses two sets of spices. Its out of this world! I experimented with combining the two sets of spices and making them in large quantity. I use this new spice mixture to flavor up beans, rice, etc. Here it is:
Mixed together, they make a great flavoring for beans, etc.
