1/4 cup	Soy Mayonnaise
1 x	Garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 tsp	Ground red chiles
1/4 tsp	Salt
1 x	d Hot pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients except tortilla chips. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
