Instructions: In a large pot, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add the green beans and onions. Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, for 20 minutes or until beans and onions are crisp-tender; drain and remove to a medium bwl. Stir in remaining ingredients; toss well. Serve immediately.
