2 cup torn spinach leaves
1/2 cup undrained canned cannellini beans
1 cup canned vegetable or chicken broth
1/3 cup thinly-sliced carrots
2 tbl white wine
1 x garlic clove minced
1/8 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
