3 x cloves garlic crushed
1 cup malty ale stout or porter
3 tbl worcestershire sauce
2 tbl dijon mustard
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup orange juice
hot sauce to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl or casserole. Prick the meat all over with a fork before adding it to the bowl and let marinate, covered, for at least four hours or preferably overnight.

Makes enough marinade for 2 to 3 pounds of beef, lamb, pork or chicken.
