1 pkt devils food cake mix, pudding in mix
1 sm pkg chocolate instant pudding mix
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 med eggs
2 cup chocolate chips divided
----------------- ICING ----------------
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Instructions: CAKE: Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake ingredients except for chocolate chips. Beat for two minutes, then fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes (Becky goes the full 55 minutes). Toothpick test will NOT work on this cake. Let cool 10 minutes, then invert onto serving plate.

ICING: Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup cream in small saucepan over gentle heat. Blend well, remove from heat, and let stand 15 minutes. Drizzle over top of cake, and arrange whole pecans around top of cake.

NOTES : Becky (my boss) made these for her department for Christmas 1999 in small loaf pans, and the cake was just incredibly moist. Ill be using it with a German chocolate frosting for Karens son David (my nephew) and his sons.
