Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 bag fresh spinach - (to 2) washed
1 cup toasted favorite nuts
(walnuts are best)
1 cup Dressing (see below)
1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese - (to 1)
2 x apples - (to 4) sliced ribbons
----------------- DRESSING ----------------
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbl sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Toss salad ingredients together. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. Serve immediately.
