Instructions: Crust:
Blend dry ingredients. Cut in Crisco, vinegar and water. Blend well to make the dough. Roll out dough balls to make 5 -inch circles. Put a large tablespoon of filling on half of a circle. Fold over remaining half to make a half-moon shape. Seal edges. Fry in Crisco until brown. (These were kept well-hidden, and Bedford better not be around when you snuck one!).
