Instructions: Cook and drain noodles. Set aside. Saute onion in Pam until soft. Stir in soy crumbles. Saute for a few minutes then add tomato sauce. Salt and pepper if desired. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and green onion. Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Layer in half the noodles, all the filling, the rest of the noodles, top with sauce. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes or until hot.
