4 x 6 to 8 oz beef tenderloin steaks
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbl orange marmalade
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle steaks with black pepper. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 4 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.

Bring whipping cream, orange marmalade, and horseradish to a boil in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Serve immediately with steaks.
