Ingredients:

10 x 2 inch onion bread croutes
25 ml Olive oil
300 gm Beef fillet
Seasoning
----------------- TOMATO AND HORSERADISH SAUCE ----------------
15 gm Fresh horseradish, grated
Instructions:
Instructions: Brush the onion bread croutes with the olive oil and bake in a hot oven for 5 minutes until golden brown.

Cut the beef fillet into circles with a pastry cutter and season.

Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil until very hot. Place in the beef fillet and cook on each side for 20 seconds.

Tomato and horseradish sauce:
Mix all the ingredients together.

Brush the crostini with the horseradish and tomato sauce and place on the beef fillet.

NOTES : For 10 Crostini
