Instructions: Cut beef into 1 inch cubes.
Season with salt and pepper and place in serving dishes. Heat oil in the fondue pot, then spear beef cubes with fondue fork, and cook until done. Serve with various sauces on the side. Serve also with pickles, ketchup, mustard. Suggested Sauces: Bearnaise Tartar Andalouse (1 cup mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon of paprika and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste) Curry (mayonnaise and curry powder) Compliment meal with fresh green salad and fried potatoes.
