Instructions: In crockery cooker, combine beef broth or stock, salt, sugar, paprika, thyme, chili powder and pepper. Stir in cooked beef, undrained tomatoes, okra, celery, onion and snipped parsley. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 hours. Stir through soup before serving.
