Instructions: Mix in bowl, cover and refrigerate. Remove once a day for 3 days and knead well for 5 minutes. On the 4th day, divide into 6 sausage-like rolls. Lay rolls on drip pan of broiler pan and bake 9 hours at 160 degrees. Turn once at 4 1/2 hours. At end of 9 hours remove and wrap in paper towels to remove grease. Wrap and store in refrigerator or freeze. It will keep in the refrigerator 3 weeks.
