Instructions: Saute onion in drippings. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni, and simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni according to directions.

Grease large casserole and layer macaroni, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes.

Serves 8-10.
