Instructions: Mix salt, pepper and garlic in the flour, dredge the meat in this flour mixture and brown in oil. Add the tomatoes and cook 1 1/2 hours on low heat or until meat is done and tomato juice has reached desired thickness. Stir occasionally, add just a little water if needed. Serve over rice or pasta and sprinkle with the olives. Serve with tortillas or corn chips.
