Drained and cooled
1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Cottage cheese
2 x Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 ct Frozen puff pastry, thawed
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine filling ingredients. In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.

Bake at 400F. aabout 20 minutes or until golden brown.
