Instructions: Place steak in a shallow glass dish. Combine 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup vinegar and lemon juice in a bowl. Pour over steak. Cover and chill at least 4 hours and up to overnight, turning once.
Heat 2 tbp oil in a heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and onion. Saute until vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes. Add 2 tbsp vinegar and the capers. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper. Prepare a barbecue to medium high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Rub the steak with Cajun seasoning. Grill about 3 minutes per side for rare, brushing occasionally with the marinade. Transfer to a work surface. Let stand 5 minutes. Rewarm the pepper mixture.
