Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 tbl Olive oil
2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 x Green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 med Onion, cut into thin wedges
1 lrg Clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Dried basil or oregano
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1/2 cup Thinly sliced cooked flank steak or 6 oz. deli roast beef, cut into strips
3/4 cup Pizza sauce or tomato pasta sauce
Salt and pepper
4 x Crusty rolls (8 inch length)
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, green pepper, onion, garlic, basil and red pepper flakes; cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened. Stir in beef and pizza sauce; cook until heated through. Remove from heat; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cut rolls along 1 side and open; layer with cheese slices. Place on baking sheet under preheated broiler for 1 minute or until cheese melts. Watch carefully. Spoon beef mixture into rolls.
