Instructions: Beef Roast: Place a 2-3 lb. roast in a crock-pot and bake on low for 4-6 hrs.
Add your vegetables the last 2 hrs. Or you can break-up the roast and serve on sandwiches. Also, you can bake the roast at 350 for 1 hr. Pork Chops or Chicken: Place 4 pork chops in a 9 x 13 dish and bake at 350 for 1 hr. Ribs: (without the bone) Place 2-3 lbs. ribs in a crock-pot and bake for 4-6 hrs on low. Basting the ribs with the sauce every 30 minutes. Or you can bake the ribs at 325 degrees for 1 hour, then bake another 45 minutes, basting the ribs every 15-min. Do not use Diet Dr. Pepper even if does taste the same. The sugar helps tenderize the meat. Email this Recipe:
