Instructions: Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line deep baking dish with foil allowing enough overlap to wrap over top. Slice onions, arrange over bottom. Place steak on onions and sprinkle with gravy mix, mushrooms & wine. Add salt & pepper. Fold foil over, leaving no airholes. Bake in mod oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serve with jacket potatoes with sour cream & green vegetables.
